Special Needs Registration for Emergency Evacuations of Monmouth County, NJ
An emergency situation can strike our area without warning and it could require moving residents to a safer area. As part of Hazlet Township's Disaster Preparedness Plan, Monmouth County has developed a Special Needs Registry for residents who may have difficulty evacuating the community. The Special Needs Registry will be used by first responders (Police, Fire, Sheriff Officers, Emergency Medical Services, Health Dept. Personnel, and if necessary, the Army National Guard) to assist in relocating our residents prior to an emergency situation.
